Since 1993 First Presbyterian Church has been deeply involved in Russian missions through a number of different venues.
Our first relationship was with a group in Vyborg, Russia and from that initial contact the Presbyterian Church of Vyborg was begun Pastored by Zoya Buleev with a congregation of 40-50 people. The Church ministers to many widows and pensioners with bible study in addition to weekly meals.

More recently we have extended our reach to Kaluga, Russia partnering with Bishop Albert of The Word of Life Church and the Christian Gymnasia. They are an energetic church also providing a Christian education for 45 students in 9 grades. They are one of only 14 Christian schools in Russia.

Our Global Missions Committee is active in providing the ongoing support and encouragement necessary in helping bring God’s word to the world.
