Photos and Videos
We recognize the value of wedding photography and video as a lasting remembrance of your wedding and you can expect our cooperation in working with those you’ve asked to help you with this. Please make note of the following policies:
The photographer may arrive two hours before the ceremony begins and may take pictures before and after the ceremony in consultation with the wedding coordinator. Flash photography is prohibited once the service begins and no pictures/video may be taken/made except from the balcony or Narthex.
All pictures and video taken prior to the ceremony should be completed thirty minutes prior to the service except for those made in the Bride’s or Groom’s room. The Bridal party may reassemble in the Sanctuary or Chapel for pictures and filming after the wedding and the pastor will be available if requested.
The photographer is cautioned to make certain that no noise is involved in taking time exposures or changing film as it is a disruption to the service. Also he/she must avoid standing on furniture or pews and restrict video during the ceremony to a stationary camera in our balcony or Narthex. Damage will be the responsibility of the photographer.
