Opened in 1972 with the promise of a comfortable, attractive lifestyle, the 195-unit complex has evolved into a community of friends and neighbors to become an integral part of downtown Baton Rouge. First Presbyterian helps by providing financial assistance, volunteers for Bible study and prayer support.
